Dr. Tonja Matthias is our leading physician at First Stop Chiropractic. Raised in Arnold, MO, Dr. Tonja brings over 20 years of experience as a chiropractor back to the St. Louis County area.
When asked about her accomplishments, she had the following to say: “I am so passionate and blessed to be able to share the gift of chiropractic with those in my community. I was lucky enough to be named a Top St. Louis Chiropractor in 2015. And I promise to never stop learning new techniques and research to better serve my patients.”
Dr. Tonja is a practitioner of the Nimmo Technique, in addition to chiropractic care. She has spent the last two decades helping patients of all ages and walks of life, from birth to over 90 years old! When she is not helping patients in the office, Dr. Tonja enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with her 3 children and 2 grandbabies.
